We're also situated in a plaza that includes restaurants like Freshii, Mary Brown’s Chicken, and Red Ginger Thai—so you can grab a coffee or lunch before or after your appointment.
Parking Information
We offer ample free parking throughout the plaza for all patients. You don’t need to worry about finding a spot or paying for your stay.

Waterloo West Optometry is accessible to wheelchair users. While our entrance does not include an automatic door button, our team is always happy to assist. If you're arriving in a wheelchair or with any mobility needs, we kindly ask that you let us know when booking so we can ensure your visit is smooth and comfortable.
Our Office Hours
We offer appointments throughout the week to suit busy schedules:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekends: Closed
- Summer Fridays (July & August): 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pro Tip for Summer Visits
During July and August, we close earlier on Fridays—so if you're booking a Friday appointment, plan accordingly.
How to Plan Your Visit
We’re about a 10-minute drive from uptown Waterloo. During peak traffic hours (school drop-off from 8–9 AM and evenings from 3–4:30 PM), it’s best to give yourself 20–25 minutes to reach the clinic comfortably.
